A beautiful funeral service was held for Liz on June 15th at Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel in Toronto Ontario, and a huge escort of motorcycles accompanied Liz's family to the cemetery for a very moving burial service. Liz connected with motorcyclists from all walks of life, as a safety advocate, riding instructor, motorsports journalist and at trackdays, Liz will be greatly missed by the motorcycling community. Liz shared her boundless energy and enthusiasm, and her positive outlook and compassionate attitude were highly valed by the women of the WROAR Ride Committee. We will miss her and her infectious giggles so much! We wish to extend our condolences to Liz's family, friends and colleagues. Update December 2013: The trial of the driver who struck and killed Liz has still not been concluded. You remain in our thoughts Liz!

Note to visitors: this new 'low-wattage' version of the WROAR Ride website requires less electricity to view and generates less light pollution. A small savings that adds up with 3,000 to 4,000 visitors per month. Our way to rebalance the karma of our carbon footprint as internal combustion enthusiasts.
